Plus...consider that the *original* Model B only had 256MB of RAM. The Model A was initially expected to have 128MB, but the Pi folks managed to get 256MB on it and keep the intended price.Nobody seems to be pointing out that due to inflation £35 in 2012 is the same as £50 now. So in fact this new device is EXACTLY the same price as the original all those years ago when everybody was gobsmacked by the price. And now it's n time faster, has far more memory, better video, faster USB and a PCI-e port all for the same price.
Stop looking a gift horse in the mouth - Pis are an absolute bargain ! Which of course is why so many commercial entities rely on them.
