General discussion • How does pi as a “headless computer” accessible only over the network, look like?

Hi,
I was reading the official raspberry pi webpage and there are two options.
1. With monitor
2. Headless computer
And I want the headless computer because i only have a laptop, but what can i see on my laptop from the headless computer pi?

Can i see what i add? Or can i interact with the OS I install?

Any help is appreciated, thank you
