General discussion • Thermal characteristics of chips of Raspberry pi 4

I'm interested in the thermal power of the Raspberry pi 4 and raspberry pi zero w components to set the boundary conditions in the calculations.
The CPU temperature is usually known, but this is not enough to fully assess the heating of all components.
I want to perform a numerical simulation of the combined heat transfer of a raspberry pi 4 in different packages.
I know of images of a raspberry pi 4 thermal imager at various cpu loads with known electric current consumption in addition to those published in the 88th issue of The Magpi magazine.

I'm going to use a two-resistor thermal model of the heat-producing components of the CPU and the power converter chip in my calculations.
Raspberry pi 4 uses a BCM 2711 processor and an mxl 7704 power chip. Unfortunately, I did not find information about the type of their cases.
Does anyone have information about the type of case and coefficients required for the 2p model?
This information is usually included in the documentation, but is not included in the documentation provided.
Here, when modeling the cooling of the Raspberry pi, the values for the coefficients of the other processor are used.
Many thanks for considering my request.
